First Time Bowling

Since Daddy has been gone so much and Carmen has been asking to go bowling, we took her to the local bowling alley last Sunday afternoon.  She seemed to have fun and definitely didn't want to leave when it was all over.

Bumpo Chair

It was time to take out the Bumpo chair since Emma loves to sit up so much.  She has loved it so far!!! :-)   Before we know it she'll be rolling over, crawling, walking..... we'll miss these days when we can't get her to sit still anymore.

Easter

I really wasn't very good at taking pictures this year.  The combination of going back to work, Andy working, the holiday, and other stuff..... Easter snuck up on us.   I didn't even get a chance to buy Emma tights so she didn't wear her dress :-(

 Carmen went on an Easter Egg hunt at Grandma Skala's.

Carmen went on an egg hunt at Grandma Benedict's too, however I helped her with that one and Andy didn't get the camera to take pictures.   I would've loved to have pictures of all the grandkids too.... :-(   Such a whirlwind of a day and hard to contain kids after they are so excited with all the events of the day.  (Maybe someday I'll be better about taking pictures!!!)

First day of daycare

I'm very behind on blogging so bear with me as I catch up......

Here is a picture of Emma on her first day of daycare.

 Her transition has been AWESOME!  They say she is super happy.  Takes wonderful naps, barely cries and when she wakes up in her crib she usually is just hanging out.   They haven't had a bad thing yet to say about her.   Ever since she's been at daycare she's been sleeping much better at night.... averages 10:30-3 or 10:30-6.  Its usually one or the other.   We couldn't have asked for an easier, happy baby!!!
